Purchaser of any and all Far West Waterski Club memberships or event fees acknowledges receipt, acknowledgement, understanding, agreement and affirmation to all statements in both the Far West Water Ski Club Safety Affirmation and Release and COVID Questionnaire and Waiver Release.
